“The arguments (if we can call them that) of fanatics are always weak. They’re so weak that they stand up to the simplest analysis and are easily exposed for what they really are: lame excuses. Such is the case for historical revisionists and science deniers who say they want to ‘protect the children’ yet are willing to let their own kids be ignorant or at medical risk. It’s the same with the issue of guns. The claim that they care about protecting children clashes with their addiction to weapons. All these arguments die. Sadly, they don’t die alone.” -PM
