One Thing Everyone Overlooks When Questioning Musk's Unconstitutional Actions

Musk's Mass Firings And Cutting Services Aren't Just Unconstitutional; They're Immoral

Since Elon Musk and the fake “Department of Government Efficiency” began the ramage through the system that the founders fought a revolution to create and entrust to us, several federal judges have raised concerns about its constitutionality. But what about its morality?

If you’ve followed my Substack here on the Political Voices Network, you’ve probably guessed by now that I believe Elon Musk is emblematic of everything that’s wrong with humanity. Firing Americans, cutting lifelines, and gleefully reveling in the chaos he creates is something truly revolting.

Think about this: Musk, the richest parasite on Earth, has the power to end hunger, ensure healthcare for all, and lift millions out of poverty. Instead, he chooses to use the immense power he’s obtained thanks to inherited wealth and government contracts and bailouts to fire workers, slash programs that keep people alive, while dancing around like a baboon with a chainsaw, reveling in his destructive antics. It’s not just repulsive—it’s the antithesis of everything a “great” country would actually stand for.

What a Waste of Wealth

Imagine being the wealthiest person on the planet and choosing to use that power for harm rather than healing. Imagine the resources necessary to ensure no one goes hungry or dies from preventable illnesses, and instead, you send Americans needlessly spiraling into the despair of job loss, while sabotaging services and agencies required for the effective functioning of a great nation, tossing the country into chaos. That’s the unelected South African sociopath, Elon Musk—a poster child for why billionaires are the enemies of freedom, democracy, and humanity.

Born on Third Base

Let’s not forget how Musk became the richest parasite on Earth in the first place. He was born on third base, but spends a lot of time and effort convincing us he hit a triple. The truth is, he parlayed his inherited wealth into a businesses built on bullshitng investors, and maintained by government contracts and bailouts.

In spite of being his only real talent being siphoning taxpayer dollars, he calls those who receive any form of federal benefits “parasites.” The immigrant who now sends Americans to the unemployment rolls also calls Social Security a “Ponzi scheme” as he happily feeds off the government teat, without the decency to say “thanks.” In fact, it’s public record that Musk's companies have pocketed close to $40 billion in government contracts, loans, subsidies, and tax credits over the years. And trust me, this figure is likely an undercount, as it excludes classified defense and intelligence projects.

A Grift of Epic Proportions

Thanks to what seems to be a severe case of sociopathy, Musk acts as if we should be honored to be the taxpaying hosts from which he drains profit. His malignancy doesn’t stop there. Despite his blatant conflicts of interest and glaring lack of decency, Musk continues to reel in government rewards. He treats American workers like disposable garbage while hoovering up more government contracts and favors. It’s a grift of epic proportions, even in this New Gilded Age of Grifters—a stark reminder of a broken system that allows billionaires to thrive while deliberately causing the suffering of the working class.

First They Came for the Government Workers

Make no mistake: this isn’t just about Musk; it’s about all of us. Musk’s actions are not merely a reflection of his personal depravity; they represent a glaring sickness of the system that created him - one that punishes the vulnerable while rewarding self-serving greed. This system allows self-serving billionaires to operate above the law, leaving the rest of us to fight for the scraps.

If we hope to build a society that truly embodies the promises laid out in our founding documents, we must dismantle this unjust framework.

Unfortunately, the nation whose founders “pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to each other” will become unrecognizable if the Republicans succeed in their Project 2025 mission to tear us apart, allowing a wealthy few to feast on the fragments.

Increasingly, it seems that many Americans are afflicted by a troubling apathy toward the injustices unfolding around us—only waking up when something directly affects them.

The ideals that once united us appear to have faded into the background, overshadowed by self-interest and indifference.

Patriotism isn’t just about waving a giant “Made in China” American flag in someone’s face. It’s about ensuring that no one is left behind. The “greatest country on Earth”—especially the richest—should ensure everyone has access to healthcare, that no one goes hungry, is without education, living wages, and retirement security.

The Choice

Trump and the unelected South African parasite who owns him do not have a mandate to reshape American society to conform to their smallness - one that holds profits over people, greed over justice, and corruption over morality.

Stopping Elon Musk and holding him accountable for his crimes against our country and fellow citizens is a key part in saving the American experiment from the greedy grifters now robbing her of her of her decency along with her wealth. We must hold Musk accountable—not just for his crimes against the country, but for a far more egregious betrayal of our humanity. This isn't just the right thing to do; it’s a patriotic imperative.

As Justice Louis Brandeis wisely noted,

“We must make our choice. We may have democracy, or we may have wealth concentrated in the hands of a few, but we cannot have both.”
